Acceptance

By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, or confirming a Studio Seat, Canvas Pass, or Atelier Desk, you agree to these terms. If you are buying for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or sit a programme.

We may update these terms. The date above is the version that applies unless a signed studio agreement says otherwise. Continued use after an update counts as acceptance of the new text.

What we sell — and what we do not

Dataeventbase provides educational studio programmes about app analytics and dashboarding for product teams. We do not operate your analytics stack, implement mobile SDKs, or guarantee a business result. Informational prices on this site are not an offer until we send a written confirmation from info@dataeventbase.digital.

This website does not process payments. Invoices, if any, are issued separately from the Bangkok studio.

Intellectual property

Course materials, templates, recordings, critique notes, the Telemetry Canvas method as documented by us, and the text and design of this site are owned by Dataeventbase or our licensors. A paid seat grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own product work during and after the programme.

You may not republish recordings, resell templates, or teach our modules as your own curriculum. Work you create on your product during studio remains yours. Screenshots you share in critique are treated as confidential by instructors and fellow students; you remain responsible for obtaining any internal permission before you share them.

Student conduct

Live rooms and alumni channels are working spaces. Harassment, recording others without consent, or using another student’s product screenshots outside the studio is grounds for removal without a refund, subject to the refund policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Dataeventbase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data, or decisions you make after viewing a dashboard. Our total liability arising from a programme is limited to the fees you actually paid for that programme.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Thailand, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.

Site availability

We try to keep dataeventbase.digital available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free pages, or that third-party image hosts will remain reachable. Enquiry forms that fail should be followed by an email to info@dataeventbase.digital.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from studio programmes, unless a mandatory consumer protection rule in your country of residence says otherwise and applies.
